Delivery

Standard UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)

Free UK delivery when you spend £20 or more. £2.95 delivery charge for all orders under £20.

 

Gift wrapping

At fèleil every order is gift wrapped with love. All pyjama orders will arrive delicately wrapped in our printed tissue. All accessories will arrive in our luxurious velvet drawstring bags. Online purchases will be sent in one single box per order. We are currently out of stock of our beautiful gift wrap but hope to have it back soon!

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your fèleil purchase but if you are not 100% happy with your order you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange please email returns@feleil.com with your order number and the reason for return or request for exchange. We will respond to your email asking you to post your unworn items in the original packaging to the address below. We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return goods as they are under your duty until they arrive back with us.

We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.

Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If we do not have the correct size in stock, we will offer a credit note or full refund.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to refund delivery costs.
